Order Status:


• A UPS tracking # will be emailed to when your order ships. The email will be from “UPS Quantum View”. If you do not receive an email tracking confirmation you can email us at info@computerbags.com and we’ll get back to you with it.
• Most orders will ship either the day of or the day after you order.

International Shipping:


We only ship within the USA at this time.

Tax and Billing :


• The charge on your card will be listed as Workshop XI, Inc., www.computerbags.com is our website, not the name of our company.
• Sales tax-You only pay sales tax if you are having the item shipped to an address within California.
• Question about a charge- If you have any questions about a charge call us at 415-864-7221 or send an email to info@computerbags.com
• Copy of invoice- If you need a copy of your invoice email us at info@computerbags.com and we’ll send one over to you in PDF format.

Shipping problem:


• If you received the wrong item(or not enough items) let us know at 415-864-7221 or at info@computerbags.com. If we made an error we’ll take care of it right away. If you made an error we’ll still take care of it right away but may have to charge you a bit of shipping.
• Lost package. If your package hasn’t arrived when it was supposed to, go to www.ups.com and enter the tracking #. The tracking # was emailed to you when your order shipped and is from “UPS Quantum View”. If UPS shows the package as delivered or says there’s a problem with the delivery please contact them at 1-800-PickUPS. If for any reason they are unable to help you give us a call and we’ll see if we can help.
• Damaged item. If your item is damaged during the shipment please leave everything as is and contact us so that we can take care of it.
