General Shipping Information

The following information applies to in-stock items only. Occasionally items shown as being in-stock on the website may not actually be available. In the event an out of stock item is ordered we will attempt to make contact to let you know when the order is expected to ship. If you need to receive your order by a specific date (leaving town etc.) please indicate this in the comments section of your order form. Orders for in-stock items, shipping by UPS, will ship the same day for orders received before 2:00PM Pacific Time M-F. Orders shipping by Fedex will be shipped the same day for orders received before 3:00PM Pacific Time. Orders received after the deadlines may ship the same day, but are not guaranteed. You can contact us to see if we can expedite a late order. Ground freight generally takes 3-7 days for delivery from the time the orders is shipped. Fedex Saver takes 2-3 days for delivery. When placing order to be delivered within the U.S. mainland you will be able to choose from several delivery methods via UPS and Fedex. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska can only be delivered by 2nd Day Air. When placing an international order you will be able to select delivery by U.S. Air Mail or UPS. Air Mail is the least expensive option although it may take 1-2 weeks for delivery and is very difficult to track.

To determine the exact shipping charges for your order, add the item or items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. You will then be prompted to enter your country, postal code, and preferred method of shipment. At this point the total cost of your order including shipping charges will be displayed. You can then choose to add or delete items from your shopping cart and the freight charges will be updated automatically.

International Orders

We welcome international orders from almost any location on earth, however we do not ship to some countries due to widespread credit card fraud. International orders will be shipped only after we have verified the credit information with the issuing bank. The verification process may take up to two business days to complete. To avoid delays we suggest shipping the item to the billing address of the card, if possible. This will help us ensure that the person making the purchase is the owner of the card. When filling out your order form there is an area for comments you can use to supply any information that will help us verify your credit information and speed up your order.

There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total.
